We propose turnkey solutions including the administrative procedures necessary for living and working in Portugal, from the Visa application to moving to your new home in Portugal.
Our job is to help our clients with any administrative task required to move to Portugal. For this, we rely on a legal team to best advise our clients based on their profile. Our core expertise is real estate consulting.
Role Description of a Relocation & Real Estate Consultant
Are you driven by building a profitable business and passionate about the Portugal real estate market? Fox Relocation & Real Estate is seeking self-starters and entrepreneurial professionals to join our team, focusing on creating and managing a high-value regional client base. We provide the established framework and expertise; you provide the vision and drive to unlock substantial commission-based revenue.

This is not a traditional consultancy role; it is a chance to operate as a partner, directly linking your performance to your income through a competitive commission-based structure. You will be essential to our mission of delivering turnkey relocation solutions for corporate and individual clients moving to Portugal, managing the process from Visa application to finding the perfect property.1
You will take full ownership of the real estate process within your chosen region, Porto and the North, Lisbon and the Central region, or the Algarve, leveraging your local market expertise to solve complex client challenges.
Key Responsibilities for Your Venture:
- Regional Market Ownership: Become the definitive market expert in your operating region, guiding clients to properties (long-term rental or purchase) that align perfectly with their investment goals and lifestyle.
- Pipeline Generation: Proactively source available high-value properties by independently utilizing online resources and expanding our network of private owners and agencies.1
- Deal Negotiation & Closing: Drive negotiations on contract conditions and manage client visits, using your negotiation skills to secure the best outcomes for clients and maximize your earning potential.
- Autonomous Operation: Work remotely and independently, managing your schedule and client flow. We support your flexibility with part-time or full-time engagement options.
Platform Support:
While you operate with autonomy, you are not alone. You will be fully supported by an experienced legal team for specialized administrative and visa advice, and a backup admin team ensures all local legislative compliance is handled.

- Domain Expertise: Excellent knowledge of either the Porto region, Lisbon region, or the Algarve, with a strong understanding of the local real estate landscape.
- Communication Mastery: Excellent communication and negotiation skills are critical to closing deals and fostering client trust.
- Language Fluency: Proficiency in English and Portuguese is essential.
- Employment Type: Part-time or full-time. Compensation is strictly commission based, reflecting the earning potential of an independent business venture.
