We’re looking for a motivated Junior Relocation Coordinator to join our growing team and help international clients move to Portugal smoothly and confidently.
This is ideal for a university student, recent graduate, or early-career professional who wants meaningful responsibility in a dynamic, people-focused industry.
Who are we?
Fox Real Estate is an independent relocation and real estate agency helping international clients establish their lives in Portugal.
We combine two core services:
- Visa & Immigration Support: guiding clients through the entire residency process.
- Property Scouting: helping them secure the right home, whether rental or purchase.
The relocation service we offer is personalized and comprehensive. It is not limited to the search for rental properties alone, in fact, we take care of the entire visa application process, including obtaining the NIF and opening a bank account. We advise people on different neighborhoods and geographic areas to help them find a place where they’d be happy. We work closely with a legal team to review rental contracts to advise our clients.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing as a Junior Relocation Coordinator
You’ll work directly with our Senior Relocation Coordinator and play a key role in supporting clients from their first inquiry to their first day in their new home.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and create social media content and online presence, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Contribute to create the monthly Newsletter
- Develop a content calendar
- Act as a first point of contact for clients
- Support visa application processes (document collection, scheduling appointments, follow-ups)
- Source rental and purchase properties
- Contacting agents and owners to source properties for our clients
- Schedule and attend property visits (in person or virtual)
- Assist with lease negotiations and documentation
- Support clients with utilities setup and settling-in logistics
- Maintain clear communication and managing expectations
- Contribute ideas to improve internal processes
Who Is This Perfect For?

Working Conditions?

- A good command of Portuguese is required
- A good command of English, both written and spoken
