Todos os anos, procuramos uma desculpa para juntar as pessoas maravilhosas que fazem a Fox Real Estate o que ela \u00e9.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Clientes que confiaram em n\u00f3s para uma das maiores decis\u00f5es das suas vidas. Parceiros de neg\u00f3cios que ajudam a transformar relocaliza\u00e7\u00f5es complexas em aterragens tranquilas. Fornecedores que, de alguma forma, conseguem manter-nos organizados. Amigos que toleram as nossas conversas intermin\u00e1veis sobre Portugal, imobili\u00e1rio e onde encontrar o melhor pastel de nata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este ano, quase 80 convidados juntaram-se a n\u00f3s num jardim secreto escondido no cora\u00e7\u00e3o de Lisboa para celebrar a chegada do ver\u00e3o, a v\u00e9spera do Orgulho de Lisboa e a comunidade que continua a crescer em torno da Fox Real Estate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Um Jardim Secreto no Meio de Lisboa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Uma das coisas que mais adoramos em Lisboa \u00e9 que ela nunca para de nos surpreender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por detr\u00e1s de port\u00f5es an\u00f3nimos e muros escondidos, descobre-se frequentemente locais que parecem pertencer a outro mundo. O nosso espa\u00e7o era exatamente isso: um o\u00e1sis verdejante situado no centro da cidade, onde os convidados escapavam ao calor, desfrutavam de uma bebida fresca e esqueciam emails, reuni\u00f5es, buscas de propriedades e papelada de mudan\u00e7a por algumas horas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enquanto o sol descia lentamente por detr\u00e1s dos telhados, as conversas flu\u00edam, os copos tilintavam e novas liga\u00e7\u00f5es eram feitas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alguns convidados tinham chegado a Portugal h\u00e1 poucos meses. Outros j\u00e1 chamavam o pa\u00eds de lar h\u00e1 anos. Alguns eram clientes. Outros eram colaboradores. Alguns eram amigos que simplesmente queriam juntar-se \u00e0 festa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ao final da noite, ningu\u00e9m parecia particularmente interessado em r\u00f3tulos. \u00c9 exatamente assim que gostamos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este ano, tivemos a sorte de ter DJ David Cruz<\/strong> atr\u00e1s dos pratos. Origin\u00e1rio de Nova Iorque, David mudou-se para Tavira com o seu marido h\u00e1 alguns anos e tornou-se desde ent\u00e3o um dos nossos exemplos favoritos de pessoas que criam uma nova vida em Portugal, trazendo consigo um pouco da sua pr\u00f3pria magia.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

O seu set divertido, cheio de alma e animador proporcionou a banda sonora perfeita para a noite. N\u00e3o demasiado alto para impedir as conversas, mas com energia suficiente para manter os p\u00e9s a mexer e os sorrisos a aparecer por todo o jardim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Celebrar o Orgulho, \u00e0 Maneira de Lisboa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A data da nossa Festa de Ver\u00e3o n\u00e3o foi uma coincid\u00eancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O evento decorreu na v\u00e9spera do Orgulho de Lisboa, uma das celebra\u00e7\u00f5es mais coloridas e inclusivas da cidade. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Na Fox Real Estate, acreditamos firmemente que a abertura, diversidade e esp\u00edrito acolhedor de Portugal est\u00e3o entre as muitas raz\u00f5es pelas quais as pessoas escolhem construir aqui uma vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Todos os anos, ajudamos pessoas de todas as origens a mudar-se para Portugal. Empreendedores, reformados, n\u00f3madas digitais, fam\u00edlias, casais e indiv\u00edduos que procuram n\u00e3o s\u00f3 um lar, mas um lugar onde possam ser eles mesmos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Embora a noite tenha sido concebida para ser divertida, tamb\u00e9m quer\u00edamos que tivesse um prop\u00f3sito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este ano, tivemos o orgulho de apoiar WOMENS Lisboa<\/a><\/strong>, uma associa\u00e7\u00e3o independente liderada por Isabel Costa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante muitos anos, Isabel dedicou o seu trabalho ao apoio de v\u00edtimas de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica, incluindo mulheres, homens, adolescentes e crian\u00e7as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para al\u00e9m do apoio direto, a associa\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m a desenvolver livros educativos, materiais did\u00e1ticos e programas de sensibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o destinados a ajudar os jovens a compreender os seus direitos, responsabilidades, respeito, cidadania e n\u00e3o-viol\u00eancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O seu objetivo \u00e9 simples mas poderoso: educar precocemente, aumentar a consci\u00eancia e ajudar a prevenir a viol\u00eancia antes que comece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante a noite, Isabel partilhou algumas palavras sobre a miss\u00e3o da associa\u00e7\u00e3o e o impacto que estes projetos educativos podem ter nas gera\u00e7\u00f5es futuras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A sua mensagem tocou profundamente os nossos convidados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alberto e a Caixa Mais Importante da Noite<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Claro, toda angaria\u00e7\u00e3o de fundos bem-sucedida precisa de algu\u00e9m disposto a pedir \u00e0s pessoas que abram as suas carteiras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Munido de uma caixa de doa\u00e7\u00f5es e de uma boa dose de determina\u00e7\u00e3o, ele passou a noite a circular pelo jardim, incentivando os convidados a contribuir para a causa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Temos o prazer de informar que os seus esfor\u00e7os foram recompensados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gra\u00e7as \u00e0 generosidade de todos os presentes, foram angariados aproximadamente 500 \u20ac durante o evento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conforme prometido, a Fox Real Estate igualou o valor, elevando o total da doa\u00e7\u00e3o para aproximadamente 1.000\u20ac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Num mundo onde \u00e9 muitas vezes mais f\u00e1cil deslizar do que agir, ver pessoas a contribuir t\u00e3o voluntariamente foi genuinamente inspirador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Friends who tolerate our endless conversations about Portugal, property, and where to find the best pastel de nata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year, nearly 80 guests joined us in a secret garden hidden away in the heart of Lisbon to celebrate the arrival of summer, the eve of Lisbon Pride, and the community that continues to grow around Fox Real Estate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And what a night it was.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Secret Garden in the Middle of Lisbon<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

One of the things we love most about Lisbon is that it never stops surprising us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Behind anonymous gates and hidden walls, you'll often discover places that feel like they belong in another world. Our venue was exactly that: a lush garden oasis tucked away in the city centre, where guests escaped the heat, enjoyed a cold drink, and forgot about emails, meetings, property searches and relocation paperwork for a few hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the sun slowly dropped behind the rooftops, conversations flowed, glasses clinked, and new connections were made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some guests had arrived in Portugal just a few months ago. Others have called the country home for years. Some were clients. Some were collaborators. Some were friends who simply wanted to join the fun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By the end of the evening, nobody seemed particularly interested in labels. That's exactly how we like it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Soundtrack to Summer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

No summer party is complete without music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year, we were lucky to have DJ David Cruz<\/strong> behind the decks.Originally from New York, David relocated to Tavira with his husband a few years ago and has since become one of our favourite examples of people creating a new life in Portugal while bringing a little bit of their own magic with them.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

His funky, soulful and uplifting set provided the perfect soundtrack for the evening. Not too loud to stop conversations, but just energetic enough to keep feet moving and smiles appearing throughout the garden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Several guests may or may not have been spotted dancing before sunset. No names will be mentioned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Celebrating Pride, Lisbon Style<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The timing of our Summer Party was no coincidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event took place on the eve of Lisbon Pride, one of the city's most colourful and inclusive celebrations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Fox Real Estate, we firmly believe that Portugal's openness, diversity and welcoming spirit are among the many reasons people choose to build a life here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every year, we help people from all backgrounds relocate to Portugal. Entrepreneurs, retirees, digital nomads, families, couples and individuals who are looking not only for a home but for a place where they can be themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Celebrating Pride felt like a natural extension of the values that guide our work every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Supporting an Important Cause<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

While the evening was designed to be fun, we also wanted it to have purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year, we were proud to support WOMENS Lisboa<\/a><\/strong>, an independent association led by Isabel Costa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For many years, Isabel has dedicated her work to supporting victims of domestic violence, including women, men, teenagers and children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond direct support, the association is also developing educational books, teaching materials and awareness programmes designed to help young people understand their rights, responsibilities, respect, citizenship and non-violence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Their ambition is simple yet powerful: educate early, raise awareness and help prevent violence before it begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the evening, Isabel shared a few words about the association's mission and the impact these educational projects can have on future generations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her message resonated deeply with our guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alberto and the Most Important Box of the Evening<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Of course, every successful fundraiser needs someone willing to ask people to open their wallets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Armed with a donation box and a healthy amount of determination, he spent the evening circulating through the garden, encouraging guests to contribute to the cause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We're delighted to report that his efforts paid off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to the generosity of everyone present, approximately \u20ac500 was raised during the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As promised, Fox Real Estate matched the amount, bringing the total donation to approximately \u20ac1,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a world where it is often easier to scroll than to act, seeing people contribute so willingly was genuinely inspiring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To everyone who donated: thank you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And to Alberto: next year, we're considering giving you a larger box.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More Than Real Estate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

People often assume that real estate is about properties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In reality, it's about people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The friendships formed after a successful relocation. The partnerships built through shared projects. The communities that emerge when people from different countries, backgrounds and experiences come together in one place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Events like our Summer Party remind us why we love what we do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Portugal continues to attract incredible people from around the world. Every year, our network grows a little larger, our community becomes a little more diverse, and our appreciation for this country deepens even further.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
