Notre lieu \u00e9tait exactement cela : une oasis de jardin luxuriante nich\u00e9e au c\u0153ur de la ville, o\u00f9 les invit\u00e9s \u00e9chappaient \u00e0 la chaleur, savouraient une boisson fra\u00eeche et oubliaient les e-mails, les r\u00e9unions, les recherches immobili\u00e8res et les formalit\u00e9s de d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement pendant quelques heures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alors que le soleil descendait lentement derri\u00e8re les toits, les conversations allaient bon train, les verres s'entrechoquaient et de nouvelles liaisons se nouaient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certains invit\u00e9s \u00e9taient arriv\u00e9s au Portugal il y a seulement quelques mois. D'autres appelaient ce pays leur foyer depuis des ann\u00e9es. Certains \u00e9taient des clients. D'autres des collaborateurs. Certains \u00e9taient des amis qui voulaient simplement se joindre \u00e0 la f\u00eate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 la fin de la soir\u00e9e, personne ne semblait particuli\u00e8rement int\u00e9ress\u00e9 par les \u00e9tiquettes. Originaire de New York, David s'est install\u00e9 \u00e0 Tavira avec son mari il y a quelques ann\u00e9es et est depuis devenu l'un de nos exemples pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s de personnes qui cr\u00e9ent une nouvelle vie au Portugal tout en apportant un peu de leur propre magie.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Son set funky, soulful et entra\u00eenant a fourni la bande sonore parfaite pour la soir\u00e9e. Pas trop fort pour arr\u00eater les conversations, mais juste assez \u00e9nergique pour faire bouger les pieds et appara\u00eetre des sourires dans tout le jardin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plusieurs invit\u00e9s ont pu \u00eatre aper\u00e7us en train de danser avant le coucher du soleil, ou pas. Aucun nom ne sera mentionn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00e9l\u00e9brer la Fiert\u00e9 \u00e0 la Lisbo\u00e8te<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le moment de notre f\u00eate d'\u00e9t\u00e9 n'\u00e9tait pas une co\u00efncidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'\u00e9v\u00e9nement s'est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 \u00e0 la veille de la Marche des Fiert\u00e9s de Lisbonne, l'une des c\u00e9l\u00e9brations les plus color\u00e9es et inclusives de la ville. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chez Fox Real Estate, nous avons la ferme conviction que l'ouverture, la diversit\u00e9 et l'esprit d'accueil du Portugal comptent parmi les nombreuses raisons pour lesquelles les gens choisissent d'y b\u00e2tir leur vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chaque ann\u00e9e, nous aidons des personnes de tous horizons \u00e0 s'installer au Portugal. Entrepreneurs, retrait\u00e9s, nomades num\u00e9riques, familles, couples et c\u00e9libataires qui recherchent non seulement un chez-soi, mais aussi un endroit o\u00f9 ils peuvent \u00eatre eux-m\u00eames.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u00e9l\u00e9brer la Fiert\u00e9 a sembl\u00e9 \u00eatre une extension naturelle des valeurs qui guident notre travail chaque jour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Soutenir une cause importante<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alors que la soir\u00e9e \u00e9tait con\u00e7ue pour \u00eatre amusante, nous voulions aussi qu'elle ait un but.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette ann\u00e9e, nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 fiers de soutenir <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/womenslisboa.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Femmes Lisbonne<\/a><\/strong>, une association ind\u00e9pendante dirig\u00e9e par Isabel Costa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es, Isabel consacre son travail au soutien des victimes de violence domestique, y compris les femmes, les hommes, les adolescents et les enfants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au-del\u00e0 du soutien direct, l'association d\u00e9veloppe \u00e9galement des livres p\u00e9dagogiques, des supports d'enseignement et des programmes de sensibilisation con\u00e7us pour aider les jeunes \u00e0 comprendre leurs droits, responsabilit\u00e9s, le respect, la citoyennet\u00e9 et la non-violence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leur ambition est simple mais puissante : \u00e9duquer t\u00f4t, sensibiliser et aider \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir la violence avant qu'elle ne commence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En soir\u00e9e, Isabel a \u00e9chang\u00e9 quelques mots sur la mission de l'association et l'impact que ces projets \u00e9ducatifs peuvent avoir sur les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations futures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Son message a profond\u00e9ment r\u00e9sonn\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s de nos invit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alberto et la bo\u00eete la plus importante de la soir\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bien s\u00fbr, chaque lev\u00e9e de fonds r\u00e9ussie a besoin de quelqu'un qui soit pr\u00eat \u00e0 demander aux gens d'ouvrir leur portefeuille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Arm\u00e9 d'une bo\u00eete de dons et d'une bonne dose de d\u00e9termination, il a pass\u00e9 la soir\u00e9e \u00e0 errer dans le jardin, encourageant les invit\u00e9s \u00e0 contribuer \u00e0 la cause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous sommes ravis de vous annoncer que ses efforts ont port\u00e9 leurs fruits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9 de toutes les personnes pr\u00e9sentes, environ 500 \u20ac ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9colt\u00e9s durant l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comme promis, Fox Real Estate a \u00e9gal\u00e9 le montant, portant le don total \u00e0 environ 1 000 \u20ac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans un monde o\u00f9 il est souvent plus facile de faire d\u00e9filer que d'agir, voir des gens contribuer si volontiers \u00e9tait vraiment inspirant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 tous ceux qui ont fait un don : merci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et \u00e0 Alberto : l'ann\u00e9e prochaine, nous envisageons de te donner une bo\u00eete plus grande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Plus que l'immobilier<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les gens supposent souvent que l'immobilier concerne les biens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, il s'agit de personnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les amiti\u00e9s nou\u00e9es apr\u00e8s une relocalisation r\u00e9ussie. Chaque ann\u00e9e, notre r\u00e9seau s'agrandit un peu plus, notre communaut\u00e9 devient un peu plus diversifi\u00e9e et notre appr\u00e9ciation de ce pays s'approfondit encore Our venue was exactly that: a lush garden oasis tucked away in the city centre, where guests escaped the heat, enjoyed a cold drink, and forgot about emails, meetings, property searches and relocation paperwork for a few hours.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>As the sun slowly dropped behind the rooftops, conversations flowed, glasses clinked, and new connections were made.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Some guests had arrived in Portugal just a few months ago. Others have called the country home for years. Some were clients. Some were collaborators. Not too loud to stop conversations, but just energetic enough to keep feet moving and smiles appearing throughout the garden.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Several guests may or may not have been spotted dancing before sunset. No names will be mentioned.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:heading -->\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Celebrating Pride, Lisbon Style<\/h2>\n<!-- \/wp:heading -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>The timing of our Summer Party was no coincidence.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>The event took place on the eve of Lisbon Pride, one of the city's most colourful and inclusive celebrations. <\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>At Fox Real Estate, we firmly believe that Portugal's openness, diversity and welcoming spirit are among the many reasons people choose to build a life here.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Every year, we help people from all backgrounds relocate to Portugal.
