Cada a\u00f1o, buscamos una excusa para reunir a las maravillosas personas que hacen de Fox Real Estate lo que es.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Clientes que confiaron en nosotros para una de las decisiones m\u00e1s importantes de sus vidas. Socios comerciales que ayudan a convertir mudanzas complejas en aterrizajes sin contratiempos. Proveedores que de alguna manera logran mantenernos organizados. Amigos que toleran nuestras interminables conversaciones sobre Portugal, propiedades y d\u00f3nde encontrar el mejor pastel de nata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este a\u00f1o, casi 80 invitados se unieron a nosotros en un jard\u00edn secreto escondido en el coraz\u00f3n de Lisboa para celebrar la llegada del verano, la v\u00edspera del Orgullo de Lisboa y la comunidad que sigue creciendo alrededor de Fox Real Estate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un Jard\u00edn Secreto en el Medio de Lisboa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Una de las cosas que m\u00e1s nos encantan de Lisboa es que nunca deja de sorprendernos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Detr\u00e1s de puertas an\u00f3nimas y muros ocultos, a menudo descubrir\u00e1s lugares que parecen pertenecer a otro mundo. Nuestro local fue precisamente eso: un exuberante oasis ajardinado escondido en el centro de la ciudad, donde los invitados escaparon del calor, disfrutaron de una bebida fr\u00eda y olvidaron los correos electr\u00f3nicos, las reuniones, la b\u00fasqueda de propiedades y los tr\u00e1mites de reubicaci\u00f3n durante unas horas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mientras el sol descend\u00eda lentamente tras los tejados, las conversaciones flu\u00edan, las copas tintineaban y se establec\u00edan nuevas conexiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Algunos invitados hab\u00edan llegado a Portugal hac\u00eda apenas unos meses. Otros llamaban al pa\u00eds su hogar desde hac\u00eda a\u00f1os. Algunos eran clientes. Otros eran colaboradores. Algunos eran amigos que simplemente quer\u00edan unirse a la diversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al final de la noche, a nadie parec\u00edan interesarle particularmente las etiquetas. As\u00ed es exactamente como nos gusta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Banda Sonora del Verano<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ninguna fiesta de verano est\u00e1 completa sin m\u00fasica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este a\u00f1o, tuvimos la suerte de contar con DJ David Cruz<\/strong> detr\u00e1s de los platos. Originario de Nueva York, David se mud\u00f3 a Tavira con su esposo hace unos a\u00f1os y desde entonces se ha convertido en uno de nuestros ejemplos favoritos de personas que crean una nueva vida en Portugal, aportando consigo un poco de su propia magia.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Su set, lleno de ritmo, sentimiento y euforia, proporcion\u00f3 la banda sonora perfecta para la velada. No demasiado alto como para interrumpir las conversaciones, pero lo suficientemente en\u00e9rgico como para mantener los pies en movimiento y las sonrisas apareciendo por todo el jard\u00edn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Varios invitados pudieron o no haber sido vistos bailando antes del atardecer. No se mencionar\u00e1n nombres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Celebrando el Orgullo, Estilo Lisboa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La fecha de nuestra Fiesta de Verano no fue una coincidencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El evento tuvo lugar en v\u00edsperas del Orgullo de Lisboa, una de las celebraciones m\u00e1s coloridas e inclusivas de la ciudad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

En Fox Real Estate, creemos firmemente que la apertura, la diversidad y el esp\u00edritu acogedor de Portugal se encuentran entre las muchas razones por las que las personas eligen construir su vida aqu\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este a\u00f1o, nos sentimos orgullosos de apoyar MUJERES Lisboa<\/a><\/strong>, una asociaci\u00f3n independiente liderada por Isabel Costa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante muchos a\u00f1os, Isabel ha dedicado su trabajo a apoyar a las v\u00edctimas de violencia dom\u00e9stica, incluyendo mujeres, hombres, adolescentes y ni\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

M\u00e1s all\u00e1 del apoyo directo, la asociaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 desarrollando libros educativos, materiales did\u00e1cticos y programas de concienciaci\u00f3n dise\u00f1ados para ayudar a los j\u00f3venes a comprender sus derechos, responsabilidades, el respeto, la ciudadan\u00eda y la no violencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Su ambici\u00f3n es simple pero poderosa: educar temprano, crear conciencia y ayudar a prevenir la violencia antes de que comience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la velada, Isabel comparti\u00f3 unas palabras sobre la misi\u00f3n de la asociaci\u00f3n y el impacto que estos proyectos educativos pueden tener en las futuras generaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alberto y la Caja M\u00e1s Importante de la Noche<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Por supuesto, toda recaudaci\u00f3n de fondos exitosa necesita a alguien dispuesto a pedirle a la gente que abra sus billeteras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Armado con una urna de donaciones y una buena dosis de determinaci\u00f3n, pas\u00f3 la velada recorriendo el jard\u00edn, animando a los invitados a contribuir a la causa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nos complace informar que sus esfuerzos dieron sus frutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gracias a la generosidad de todos los presentes, se recaudaron aproximadamente 500 \u20ac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Como prometimos, Fox Real Estate igual\u00f3 la cantidad, elevando la donaci\u00f3n total a aproximadamente \u20ac1,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Friends who tolerate our endless conversations about Portugal, property, and where to find the best pastel de nata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year, nearly 80 guests joined us in a secret garden hidden away in the heart of Lisbon to celebrate the arrival of summer, the eve of Lisbon Pride, and the community that continues to grow around Fox Real Estate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And what a night it was.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Secret Garden in the Middle of Lisbon<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

One of the things we love most about Lisbon is that it never stops surprising us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Behind anonymous gates and hidden walls, you'll often discover places that feel like they belong in another world. Our venue was exactly that: a lush garden oasis tucked away in the city centre, where guests escaped the heat, enjoyed a cold drink, and forgot about emails, meetings, property searches and relocation paperwork for a few hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the sun slowly dropped behind the rooftops, conversations flowed, glasses clinked, and new connections were made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some guests had arrived in Portugal just a few months ago. Others have called the country home for years. Some were clients. Some were collaborators. Some were friends who simply wanted to join the fun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By the end of the evening, nobody seemed particularly interested in labels. That's exactly how we like it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Soundtrack to Summer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

No summer party is complete without music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year, we were lucky to have DJ David Cruz<\/strong> behind the decks.Originally from New York, David relocated to Tavira with his husband a few years ago and has since become one of our favourite examples of people creating a new life in Portugal while bringing a little bit of their own magic with them.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

His funky, soulful and uplifting set provided the perfect soundtrack for the evening. Not too loud to stop conversations, but just energetic enough to keep feet moving and smiles appearing throughout the garden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Several guests may or may not have been spotted dancing before sunset. No names will be mentioned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Celebrating Pride, Lisbon Style<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The timing of our Summer Party was no coincidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event took place on the eve of Lisbon Pride, one of the city's most colourful and inclusive celebrations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Fox Real Estate, we firmly believe that Portugal's openness, diversity and welcoming spirit are among the many reasons people choose to build a life here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every year, we help people from all backgrounds relocate to Portugal. Entrepreneurs, retirees, digital nomads, families, couples and individuals who are looking not only for a home but for a place where they can be themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Celebrating Pride felt like a natural extension of the values that guide our work every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Supporting an Important Cause<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

While the evening was designed to be fun, we also wanted it to have purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year, we were proud to support WOMENS Lisboa<\/a><\/strong>, an independent association led by Isabel Costa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For many years, Isabel has dedicated her work to supporting victims of domestic violence, including women, men, teenagers and children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond direct support, the association is also developing educational books, teaching materials and awareness programmes designed to help young people understand their rights, responsibilities, respect, citizenship and non-violence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Their ambition is simple yet powerful: educate early, raise awareness and help prevent violence before it begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the evening, Isabel shared a few words about the association's mission and the impact these educational projects can have on future generations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her message resonated deeply with our guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alberto and the Most Important Box of the Evening<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Of course, every successful fundraiser needs someone willing to ask people to open their wallets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Armed with a donation box and a healthy amount of determination, he spent the evening circulating through the garden, encouraging guests to contribute to the cause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We're delighted to report that his efforts paid off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to the generosity of everyone present, approximately \u20ac500 was raised during the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As promised, Fox Real Estate matched the amount, bringing the total donation to approximately \u20ac1,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a world where it is often easier to scroll than to act, seeing people contribute so willingly was genuinely inspiring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To everyone who donated: thank you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And to Alberto: next year, we're considering giving you a larger box.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More Than Real Estate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

People often assume that real estate is about properties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
