The Agency and the client undertake to fulfill this contract according to the dictates of good faith.

 

 Fox Iberia Relocation Consulting, Unip. Lda, headquartered at Rua 5 de Outubro 18-3, 1495-033 Algés, NIPC 516 390 066, AMI license 21584 assisted in this act by the designated Agent.

 

 The client declares that he has the legitimacy to hire the agency in order to achieve the object defined in the particular conditions and the latter declares a delinquency in order to achieve that objective.

 

     3.2 In the non-exclusive regime, the client undertakes to advertise the property at the same price in all media.

The Client undertakes to pay the Agency, as remuneration, the commission defined in the particular conditions applied to the effective sale price. However, this value cannot be less than € 4,000. If the interested party is presented by the client, the remuneration will be reduced by 50%. The commission amount will be increased by VAT at the legal rate in force and must be paid when the deal is closed.

 

This contract is valid for 6 months from the date of its conclusion, automatically expiring on expiry if the Agency does not achieve the objective set out in this contract.

 

     6.1. The client authorizes the agency to store and use his personal data strictly in compliance with this contract or to promote real estate in the portfolio.

    6.2. The client authorizes the agency to disclose the targeted property in all means of communication unless expressly stated otherwise.

    6.3. The Client undertakes to provide all documents necessary to promote and close the deal.

 

To guarantee the liability arising from its professional activity, the Agency  entered into a civil liability insurance contract in the amount of 150,000 Euros, policy No. RC 651 684 18 through Fidelidade Mundial, S.A.

 

In order to settle any disputes arising from the execution of this contract, the parties agree to appeal to the Lisbon arbitration center.
